The Doctor was very pleasant and thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and my wife's questions. We feel very comfortable knowing that she will be my primary physician on this matter.

Dr. Smith was very thorough and it was clear she knew all of my problems. This was good because my medical history is very complicated. She suggested a possible diagnosis that never occurred to me and that I wasn't familiar with. She took the time to explain it carefully so I understood it. She showed me the diagnostic criteria which really helped me see why she was considering that diagnosis. She recommended a few options so I did have choices on what to do next. She referred me to another specialist to be evaluated so I will have a definitive answer on what my problem is. At first I felt upset by one of her proposed diagnoses, but the way she explained it and reassured me made me feel better. I will definitely recommend her to other people.

Dr Smith met all of our expectations with our first visit to the Memory Center. She was professional and knowledgeable but at the same time compassionate and kind and made you feel comfortable. She also didn’t rush the appointment and answered all the many questions we had about memory loss. It feels good to know we have a competent physician following us.
