Backus Hospital Among Healthgrades America’s 250 Best for 2022

William W. Backus Hospital has been named one of America’s 250 Best Hospitals™, placing it in the top 5% of hospitals in the country and an overall leader in clinical excellence, according to Healthgrades. Backus Hospital is one of 3 Hartford Healthcare hospitals named to the America’s Best list for 2022, along with Hartford and Hospital of Central Connecticut. Backus Hospital is also recognized by Healthgrades as a recipient of the Pulmonary Care, Stroke Care, and Critical Care Excellence Awards, placing the hospital in the Top 10% of the nation in each area.
