The physician and nurse practitioner that I saw in my initial visit a second visit was very professional and concern for my wellbeing. This group of professionals does not rush you thru the appointment and answers your questions. I personally appreciated how the staff treated me . Thank you

APRN Jennifer Wilcox is an outstanding nurse who listens and solves problems without a fuss. She stepped in to take care of the procedure herself that I had come for. I have enormous respect for the Urogynecology team at 85 Seymour St. They are by far the most professional group I've been to for my issues.

Only thing I wasn't happy about was the video call. She couldn't hear me. She could see me but no volume coming thru. I had my microphone on and could hear her. Not sure if it was bad reception area I was in when she called me, my low battery that was plugged in, or it was on her side. I think it was bad reception where I was. She didn't cancel my appointment and instead called me on the cell phone right back. I liked that.
