The decision to change from Yale Cardiology to Hartford/Backus Cardiology has not been one I regret. In fact, this staff and the care being provided is 10x better than what I had received. This staff from the reception desk to the closure desk knows how to ease the patient/client concerns and ensures the needs are met. Eleanor greets each patient being approachable, friendly and kind guiding them through the initial actions. Her humor has left me laughing out loud. Her actions are reinforced with the example that Dr. Niedelman exhibits himself. He has shown concern through his approach to the treatment being given. I actually feel that I am in good hands.

Dr. Niedelman has offered me exceptional care for about 10 years. Yes, this is way overdue. He seriously has your best interest at heart. He really cares. He really wants to help. He has always done the right thing by me. When you say, there’s something wrong. (For the women who don’t feel heard) He knows there is something wrong and he wants to get to the heart of the problem. (Get it…..heart…. 😁) He doesn’t take no for an answer. I have always recommended Dr. Niedelman, I cannot say enough good things about him. If you want a great cardiologist, look no further.

I began seeing Dr. Niedelman in 2019. He is a soft spoken, compassionate, always answers any questions that you may have. Additionally, Dr. took the time to understand my medical condition. I wouldn't go to any other Dr. My father came to live in CT. He was not healthy, Dr. Niedelman was there for us.
